Defending ourselves from our thoughts and feelings can help us for a while but can become unhealthy if we don’t develop better tools.

At some point “Anger is not an ally here, but a factor in losing your good health.”

Tool: Balloon & Breathing

We’ve provided you with a balloon today to take with you. Blowing air into this balloon will do two things. It will slow our breathing down shutting off the adrenaline that runs through our systems and it will also demonstrate in a visual way the space that anger fills in the moments your button gets pressed.
